Processing Times

All artworks are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Processing time: 3–10 working days

  • Commissioned or custom pieces may require longer preparation time, which will be communicated in advance

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • UK: 2–5 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • International: 7–15 working days

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing or courier delays.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • You may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price

  • The buyer is fully responsible for any additional costs

Packaging

All artworks are packaged with care using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and the artwork

I will review the case and offer:

  • a replacement (if available), or

  • a refund

I am not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
