RETURNS
Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, and custom work, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

the item arrives damaged, or

the item is defective or incorrect
To be eligible for a return:

you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

provide clear photos of the item and packaging

include proof of purchase
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your request is reviewed:

If approved, a refund or replacement will be offered

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow several business days for the refund to process.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged:

COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORK
All commissioned or custom artwork is:

non-returnable once work has begun
This is due to the personalised nature of the work.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are:

non-refundable

non-returnable
Due to their instant and accessible nature.
SHIPPING RETURNS
If a return is approved:

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable
I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
