RETURNS

Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, and custom work, all sales are final.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • the item arrives damaged, or

  • the item is defective or incorrect

To be eligible for a return:

  • you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • include proof of purchase


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be offered

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow several business days for the refund to process.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of:

    • the artwork

    • the packaging

I will:

  • arrange a replacement (if possible), or

  • issue a refund


COMMISSIONS & CUSTOM WORK

All commissioned or custom artwork is:

  • non-refundable

  • non-returnable once work has begun

This is due to the personalised nature of the work.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are:

  • non-refundable

  • non-returnable

Due to their instant and accessible nature.


SHIPPING RETURNS

If a return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Original artwork (unless damaged)

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Digital products

  • Sale items (if applicable)


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  • check your bank account

  • contact your payment provider

  • allow processing time
